Job Summary
Manage delivery across six platform towers including Core Health Plan, Membership & Support, Digital, Care Management & Quality, Pharmacy, and Technology Enablement. Serve as the on-the-ground execution owner for strategic technology programs, driving initiatives through planning, implementation, and closure while maintaining executive-ready delivery visibility for Blue Shield of California stakeholders. Ensure highest-priority technology investments land on time, within scope, and with organizational confidence by reporting to the Sr. Manager of Technical Delivery. This role focuses on developing leadership capabilities within high-performing teams to foster continuous learning and get results the right way.
