Job Summary
Technical Delivery Lead responsible for guiding the Enterprise Identity Platform delivery within a multi-year digital transformation. Lead a high-performance team, shape delivery methodologies and practices, and ensure engineering excellence and strategic alignment across value streams. Act as primary point of contact for identity releases, collaborate with Product Manager, Value Stream Delivery Lead, and Value Stream Architect, assist with resource planning, resolve delivery challenges, define development/testing/deployment standards, balance immediate operational needs with long-term planning, and produce clear progress reporting for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering software solutions in Identity Access Management
- Leadership and people management in a development environment
- Proven experience managing delivery within an Agile environment
- Excellent analytical and research skills with ability to present data clearly
- Experience in working with stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Experience delivering identity transformation programmes or identity products/platforms in Financial Services or FinTech
- Strong delivery/team-environment capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities
