Technical Delivery Lead

Technical Delivery Lead to coordinate day-to-day technical organization of software development projects within the Digital Operations Team. Responsibilities include ensuring prioritised backlog is delivered across projects, managing blockers and ensuring developers are fully utilised, providing status updates to the Digital Delivery Supervisor and Head of Digital Operations, and acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key skills: Agile/digital delivery, ability to discuss complexity and trade-offs with developers, strong organisational and communication abilities, proactive risk and dependency management, experience in programming, technical delivery or project management, and proficiency with Jira, Excel, and DevOps. A DBS check is a stated prerequisite. Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office) and a focus on training and career progression. Successful applicants will progress to telephone and face-to-face interviews at Head Office.
