Technical Data Specialist

Technical Data Specialist will serve as the primary technical gatekeeper between the sales phase and the manufacturing process. They will ensure the integrity of custom truck builds by conducting rigorous technical audits, validating pricing accuracy, and resolving complex configuration conflicts. By acting as the bridge between internal engineering teams and the dealer network, this individual ensures that every specification is production-ready before it hits the factory floor. Responsibilities include developing precise, clean technical specifications for custom truck builds with internal teams and dealer networks, reviewing pricing structures for 100% accuracy, conducting thorough audits to identify and resolve configuration errors, authoring and distributing change orders, maintaining a feedback loop with pre-sales to address recurring issues, leading data migration from Quote Writer files to Excel formats, supporting the Quote Writer team, serving as the central contact for dealers on spec updates, and performing additional duties as required by management to meet deadlines.
