Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of data conversion/migration experience
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data transformation scripting
- Experience with legacy and modern pension/ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation and balancing techniques
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
