Job Summary
Technical Data Entry Indexer responsible for understanding, analyzing, locating and entering pesticide/adjuvant/nutrient labels and SDS data into a database with high accuracy under supervision. Read source documents, verify data against primary sources, compile and sort data, locate and correct errors, maintain activity logs, and participate in data-entry/verification projects. Supports training new personnel, contributes to continuous improvement, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel/Word/Adobe Acrobat, and excellent English comprehension, with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Read, write and comprehension of English language
- Proficient mathematical and analytical skills
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word (or Google equivalent programs) and Adobe Acrobat
- Detail and results orientated with high quality of work
- Ability to learn fast
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good team player and at the same time ability to work independently
- Great-to-haves: Master's degree
- Educational background in Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, and/or a related field
- Professional experience, preferably in a comparable position at an international organization
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French languages
