Create, verify, and validate critical maintenance manuals (AMM, TSM, and AFI for ATA 32 Landing Gears) in strict compliance with international standards and EASA regulations; evaluate technical drawings, design modifications, and source data to ensure manuals reflect the exact aircraft configuration; resolve daily customer technical queries via the Tech Request tool for AOG situations; monitor, steer, and review subcontracted authoring activities to ensure on-time delivery within budgets and quality standards; contribute to future digital initiatives and optimize Technical Data processes; support Airbus in maintaining high-quality aircraft configuration data and safeguarding ongoing maintenance operations.
