Job Summary
As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact for B2B customers in the German markets, tackling technical inquiries and guiding clients through the deployment of our renewable energy solutions. You will collaborate with the development team to enhance software based on customer feedback and identify technical bottlenecks, improving overall customer experience. A strong background in B2B SaaS customer service or success, coupled with technical understanding and exceptional communication skills, particularly in German and English, are essential for this role.
