Job Summary
Provide professional technical support and customer care to Danish and English-speaking users via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while keeping user satisfaction at the forefront. Work collaboratively with team leads and peers, actively implementing feedback to maintain high quality standards. This role features a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off and includes a base salary of €1,500 per month plus a €120 monthly performance allowance. Candidates must possess fluent Danish and strong professional English skills.
