Job Summary
Technical Customer Service Supervisor responsible for on-site technical support of pumps and cyclones, acting as the on-site company representative, coordinating repairs and parts with engineering, and delivering technical reports. Must have hands-on mechanical engineering/Instrumentation background, experience in remote/mining settings, and strong communication to build relationships with customers while maintaining equipment performance and forecasting spare parts. Site-based role with a 10 weeks on/2 weeks off roster from Jakarta; onsite in Sumbawa or Jakarta.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Instrumentation
- Strong hands-on experience with pumps, rotating equipment, and mechanical fault analysis in mining or heavy industry environments
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote site conditions on a roster basis
- Excellent communication skills to build customer relationships and produce technical reports
