Job Summary
Inside Sales–oriented Technical Customer Service role involving responding to customer inquiries on order status, price, and delivery, and assisting in various customer-service situations. Functions as part of a team to exceed customer expectations, applying technical knowledge to product applications, and collaborating with other departments. Requires an Associate’s Degree in a technical field or 2+ years of technical experience, 2+ years of customer service experience, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:30am–6:30pm with occasional Saturdays; located in Rice Lake, WI; on-site work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in a Technical field or two (2) or more years of technical experience
- Two (2) or more years of customer service experience; experience in phone-based service setting is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
