Job Summary
Technical Customer Journey Specialist focuses on the technical construction and optimization of customer journeys in Zuora, including paywall and subscription flows, JSON-based changes, and supporting marketing campaigns from a technical perspective. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining paywalls/subscriptions, implementing JSON changes, optimizing CRO and A/B testing, and collaborating with marketing and product stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities across digital platform journeys and customer experiences. Strong JSON skills, experience with digital customer journeys or marketing automation, and a pragmatic, analytical mindset are required.
