Job Summary
Develop CRM integration project plans from discovery through UAT, managing scope, budget, and resource allocation while coordinating with stakeholders. Track project progress via structured reporting, maintain comprehensive documentation, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Analyze project performance to identify improvement opportunities and steer risks effectively. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, senior-level experience in system integrations or CRM implementations, and fluency in English and French. Based in Germany with remote work options, the position offers flexible hours, home office equipment, and quarterly social events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in Informatik, Informationswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung auf Senior-Level in den Bereichen Systemintegrationen und/oder CRM-Implementierungsprojekten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere bzw. auf Business-Level ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Englisch und Französisch
