Job Summary
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program in accordance with DISAC 310-70-1, tailored to technical control facility operations. Create a training plan and schedule ensuring coverage of key technical areas and contract compliance. Provide hands-on training on troubleshooting circuits configured in the Tech Control training lab to simulate operational environments. Configure and maintain the lab with equipment simulating actual tech control equipment, trunks, and circuits. Conduct weekly in-person classes for initial station qualification and periodic maintenance of training currency. Monitor and maintain training records for all personnel. Stay updated on telecommunications technology advancements to incorporate relevant changes into programs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and 5+ years in Technical Control Facility Operations. Day shift Monday–Friday in Arlington, VA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Control Facility Operations or a closely related field
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- CCNA or CCNA Collaboration
- Must possess Top Secret/SCI clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with any vaccination requirements mandated by contract, applicable law or regulation
- Must agree to receive text messages regarding interview and employment status

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BICSI installation regulations and standards
