Job Summary
Develop and execute content strategies for B2B and B2C omni-channel experiences, ensuring consistency across web, app, and EDM touchpoints. Manage content implementation via CMS and platforms like Salesforce and Figma, executing updates for campaigns, categories, and trading events while maintaining taxonomy and product integrity. Coordinate with Trade, UX, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver content on schedule, validate accuracy and accessibility prior to go-live, and provide rollback support post-release. Identify automation opportunities within CMS workflows and support continuous improvement of content processes and templates. This six-month contract requires Australian or NZ citizenship/PR holders.
Required Qualifications
- Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
- Experience in building and publishing web content pages leveraging Salesforce and FIGMA
- Experience managing content implementation via CMS and web platforms such as Salesforce or other TWL-approved platforms across web, app & edm
- Ability to execute content updates supporting campaigns, categories, and trading events to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Ability to QA and validate content accuracy, presentation, and accessibility prior to go-live in coordination with Category management
- Ability to ensure compliance with Ecom operations and campaign timelines
- Ability to support creative integration using Figma or other TWL-approved tools
- Ability to maintain taxonomy, navigation, and product content integrity
- Ability to coordinate with Trade, UX, Product and Marketing teams to deliver content on schedule
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams for content publishing and updates
- Ability to support continuous improvement of content processes ad templates
- Ability to develop and maintenance of reusable templates and components
- Ability to identify automation opportunities within CMS workflows
- Ability to coordinate content release timing across web, app, and campaign channels
- Ability to provide rollback and contingency support for content issues post-release
- Ability to validate content accessibility and brand compliance as part of pre-go-live quality assurance
- Ability to ensure adherence to CMS standards, governance, and publishing frameworks
- Ability to support the evolution of content tooling, templates, and platform capabilities
- Ability to perform Performance Monitoring & Optimization
