Job Summary
Serve as a technical liaison between project managers, solution architects, and customer stakeholders to drive WMS implementation and configuration. Conduct functional analysis sessions to translate client needs into solutions, managing environment setup, software installation, and system testing. Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting, quality assurance, and performance tuning while resolving complex issues through trace files. Collaborate with Product Management on new releases and work with the Operate team to ensure stability post go-live. Contribute to the consulting practice by developing best-practice collateral and guiding support services on base functional issues. Requires 3-8 years of corporate experience with expertise in WMS functional configuration and technical integration.
Required Qualifications
- 3-8 Years of corporate experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Expertise in functional configuration of WMS product
- Technical Integration
- Quality Assurance

- Performance Tuning
- Hands-on Experience on Technical configuration of WMS product (preferably JDA/RedPrairie WMS)
- Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS
- Knowledge on integration between WMS and Voice / Material Handling / ASRS systems
- In depth knowledge of resolving issues through Trace files
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
- Strong proactive communicator and presenter
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently effectively and proactively

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage
- Understanding and experience with the functional requirements for the product line assigned
- Understanding of Database structures
- Understanding of various functional platforms and infrastructures
- Understands Blue Yonder product suite so as to convey relationships and touch-points to the customer
