Job Summary
Provide pre-Sales support and analyze customer requests related to cards and solutions. Define the Requirements Specifications for assigned customers within Thales CDI, possibly serve as the technical interface for customers, and may manage or implement card-related projects (D1 Physical, D1 Digital). Required technical familiarity with smart cards and EMV specs; strong communication, customer- and business-oriented mindset; ability to work under pressure, be organized, autonomous, and collaborative. Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin is a strong plus. The role emphasizes interaction with customers, market knowledge, and the ability to translate customer needs into product-map-based solutions, potentially overseeing project management and implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Engineering
- PMP or related certification is preferred
- 1 to 3 years in Smartcard/Embedded Software/Telecom/Banking
- English is mandatory; Mandarin is strong plus
