Technical Consultant – Solutions architect and deployment

Support client implementation projects by planning, coordinating documentation, and managing workstreams while escalating risks and dependencies. Act as the technical point of contact for configuration, integration, and deployment considerations, assisting with on-site and remote design, installation, testing, and troubleshooting. Contribute to solution architecture discussions and support pre-sales activities through technical input for proposals and RFP/RFI responses. Prepare and review technical documentation, facilitate workshops, and conduct client training while sharing knowledge with junior colleagues. Build expertise in WTW products and implementation approaches within a cooperative team environment.
