Job Summary
Technical Consultant responsible for end-to-end implementation of Rezolve's AI-powered platform for leading online retailers, gathering and analysing business, technical, and data requirements, supporting solution design (data models, integrations, APIs), guiding onboarding and go-live, providing post-go-live support and platform optimization, and delivering training to business and technical stakeholders. Collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing platform adoption. Key skills include strong API/integration know-how, experience with XML/CSV/JSON data, SaaS architectures, DevOps practices, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
