Job Summary
Coordinate full product definition to make orders executable by Operations, converting customer needs into requirement specifications. Manage project delivery through validation, sign-off, and handover to operations while preparing and maintaining documentation. Lead initiatives with strategic impact on long-term business relationships and answer tenders to prepare contracts. Define action plans to achieve project goals and gather customer feedback to improve service levels and the product portfolio. Promote new products from the Thales catalogue to customers. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to drive technical interfaces and support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Own and drive the technical Interface to the customer
- Technical support such as pre-sales and post-sales activities
- promotion of Thales products, services and solutions
- Technical project management
- Coordinate the full product definition of an order to make it executable by Operations
- Understand and convert customer needs into requirement specification
- Manage project delivery (validation of customer specification, customer sign-off, successful handover to operations)
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Define and follow-up agreed action plan to achieve project goals
- Design and lead initiatives that have a strategic impact on the long-term business relationship with customers and selected partners
- Provide technical support to answer tenders and to prepare contracts
- Co-operation with internal contacts and teams, such as Sales, Customer Service, R&D, Personalization, Operations, Product Management and Field Marketing
- Gather up customer feedbacks and share them with concerned teams to improve our service level and product portfolio
- Acquire a good knowledge of the Thales products catalogue
- promote new products to customer
