Job Summary
Join Murex's PAC team to provide customized external client technical support for optimal client satisfaction with the MX.3 platform. Responsibilities include infrastructure hardware sizing, disaster recovery strategies, platform security management, and leading performance testing streams. Candidates should have a strong technical background, experience in Java or C programming, SQL skills, and proficiency in Linux. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Programming Skills: Java or C and any interpreted language
- Database Skills: SQL query building and performance analysis
- Operating Systems power user skills: Linux – Bash scripting
- Familiar with Java profiling tools
- Proficient in Java debugging tools to diagnose issues
- Familiar with any performance testing tool
- Ability to analyze Java thread dumps
