Job Summary
Technical Consultant responsible for configuring and customizing MRI real estate software to clients’ needs, managing implementation projects, and training clients on the MRI Toolkit. You will migrate client databases to MRI Cloud, install MRI product on self-hosted client servers, complete data conversions from source software to MRI, and create reports using MRI Toolkit and SSRS. You will learn from and share knowledge with teammates to improve internal processes and impact, communicating with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical specifications while delivering high-quality client training and support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience with SQL preferred
- Professional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical people and train others
- Familiarity with working with databases
- Experience in customer/client service or consulting is helpful
