Job Summary
Deliver clinical and technical training to healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes on Minimed insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring technologies. Support therapy initiations, ensure successful adoption of Minimed products, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Croatia. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues in collaboration with internal teams while partnering with Sales and Marketing to execute educational programs and commercial initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations. This role involves travel to healthcare institutions to maintain high-quality customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional proficiency in Croatian and English
- Willingness to travel across Croatia
