Job Summary
Deliver clinical and technical training to healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes on Minimed insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring technologies. Support therapy initiations, ensure successful adoption of Minimed products, and provide troubleshooting for product-related issues in collaboration with internal teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders while partnering with Sales & Marketing to execute educational programs and commercial initiatives across Croatia, Bulgaria, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This role involves travel to healthcare institutions to ensure high-quality customer experience and requires proficiency in Croatian and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional proficiency in Croatian and English
- Willingness to travel across Croatia, Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships
