Job Summary
Technical Consultant in Legal Technology for an Australian-based Enterprise Solutions team. Responsibilities include performing updates to the Elite 3E platform, providing technical consulting across platforms, supporting multiple platforms, guiding clients to achieve business needs, analyzing and resolving complex application and data integrity issues, documenting processes, preparing test cases and QA testing, staying current with releases, on-site visits as needed, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure SLAs and knowledge-base contributions. Preferred familiarity with Elite 3E, Intapp, iManage, Aderant and NetDocuments; strong SQL and Windows OS knowledge; experience with Jira and Confluence; strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-delivery management skills; ability to build client relationships and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 3+ years of related experience with responsibilities related to Legal Technology or Professional Services products and services
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
