Technical Consultant L2

Technical Consultant provides consultancy and technical advice to customers, coordinating across Thales teams from project launch to delivery, and managing the life cycle of card product solutions with focus on cost, time, and quality. Responsibilities include pre-Sales analysis of customer requests, defining Requirements Specifications for assigned accounts, project management for card products or related implementations, and mentoring or coaching as needed. EMV knowledge and ability to understand customer technical needs to identify solutions based on Thales product map; roles may involve first-level support for small businesses and potential participation in project implementation. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Engineering and advanced English.
