Job Summary
Technical Consultant L2 at Thales in São Paulo (Berrini), hybrid work model. Provide consultancy and technical advice to customers, collect/clarify/define/formalize deliverables, and deliver card product specifications based on customer requirements. Lead and coordinate all Thales teams from project launch to customer delivery, managing projects end-to-end in terms of cost, time, and quality. Responsibilities include pre-Sales support analyzing customer requests related to Cards and Solutions, managing the full project lifecycle, EMV knowledge, understanding customer technical organization, identifying solutions from Thales product map, and defining requirements specifications for assigned accounts. May be the technical interface for customers, may manage card-product or FPER projects, may provide first-level support for small businesses, may coach/supervise, and may participate in solution implementation. English proficiency required; bachelor’s degree in CS/ Electronics/Engineering and related development/process/analytical knowledge desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Engineering
- English advanced
- Development Languages preferred
- Project Manager and Process and analytical knowledge
