Job Summary
iOS Consultant in the Customer Success and Support Department focuses on enabling customers to integrate and operate the V-Key solution on iOS. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining cryptographic solutions and HSM integrations, collaborating with technical support and cross-functional teams to resolve incidents per SLA, creating and maintaining an API bridge between the V-Key SDK and cross-platform tools (Flutter, React Native, Cordova), managing the V-Key Diagnostic Application, participating in customer projects to support integration, and providing on-call/remote support outside normal hours. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of iOS development experience (Objective-C, Swift), proficiency with iOS frameworks (Core Data, Core Graphics, Push Notification, Network), experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, and third-party libraries/APIs, plus cross-platform mobile development experience with Flutter and React Native; Android development experience is a plus. Travel to customer sites may be required. Good interpersonal and English communication skills expected; willingness to work beyond business hours."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in iOS Mobile Development (Objective-C, Swift)
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Graphics, Push Notification and Network
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Experience working with cross-platform mobile development using Flutter and React Native
- Experience with Android development would be a huge plus for this role.
