Job Summary
Design technical implementations for Casino Insight software by configuring integrations with clients' existing casino and financial systems to ensure accurate data flow. Develop custom SQL processes, build reports, and troubleshoot integration issues using C# and XML to extend software capabilities. Collaborate with client management and finance teams to translate business needs into practical solutions, communicate requirements via email and phone, and create technical documentation. Provide ongoing production support to monitor integrations and maintain the casino finance backbone. Work extended hours during key milestones while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MIS
- minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Proficient with MS SQL Server development (queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting)
- Working knowledge of C# and XML in the context of application configuration, integration, or light development/customization
- Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a project team structure and interact confidently with client stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours on a sporadic basis during key implementation milestones
