Job Summary
Lead the Mission Management team by supporting customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services. Resolve issues in REST services and address access control problems where users are granted or denied incorrectly. Provide online, telephone, and chat support while managing tickets via JIRA. Utilize LDAP directories, SQL, and PKI to troubleshoot customer ICAM solutions. Collaborate with development teams to understand integration requirements and assist in defining customer needs. Modify Confluence pages and write technical documentation to support clients. Educate users on software capabilities and communicate complex system concepts. Requires ten years of consulting experience, a bachelor's degree, and extensive ICAM troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of technical consulting or systems engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- An additional four (4) years of technical consulting or systems engineering experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of fifteen (15) years
- Extensive experience with customer ICAM solutions
- Extensive experience resolving issues with customer ICAM solutions
- Online and telephone customer support
- LDAP directories
- SQL and basic database querying
- RESTful services
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine)
