Job Summary
Position customers for IT data centre, application, and cloud services monitoring environments by installing, configuring, and proving product value through proof of concepts. Generate reports demonstrating how solutions solve key business problems, then deliver presentations and demonstrations at prospective customer sites and industry events. Train partners on company products while assisting with post-sales activities such as implementations, troubleshooting, customizations, and applying upgrades and patches. Requires 5-8 years of experience in IT software product services and a customer-facing mindset. Located in Taipei, Taiwan, this role supports a leader in automated infrastructure solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in delivering or supporting IT software product services
- familiarity in areas such as on-premises or cloud environments
- familiarity in areas such as VDI
- familiarity in areas such as virtualization
- familiarity in areas such as containers
- familiarity in areas such as other enterprise technologies like SAP or Oracle etc.
- Must be interested in working in a customer-facing role
- Must be interested in learning new technologies and applying them to solve real world problems
- Must be ambitious

Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications
- Cross platform on Windows and Unix experience
- Experience with application/infrastructure monitoring tools
