Job Summary

Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting complex, high-impact customers with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments. Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams by guiding Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design while partnering with Customer Activation and Account Management to propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations. Collaborate with onboarding specialists to support technical workstreams, troubleshoot integration blockers, and participate in discovery to recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. Contribute to internal documentation and influence the product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models
  • Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including core functionalities involving General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
  • Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value and guide customers toward scalable approaches
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
  • Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp's upmarket motion

Desired Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle Projects (PPM) implementation experience
