Job Summary
Analyze and groom user stories while solving complex architectural problems to develop end-to-end solutions integrating existing and trending technologies. Conduct data analysis across business process outsourcing, automation, and innovation disciplines, including data manipulation, transformation, modeling, and business intelligence. Document and translate business and technical requirements throughout the SDLC, creating contingency plans with sensitivity analysis to mitigate project risks. Prepare weekly reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders, and support the creation of Annual Operating Plans for client presentations. Work alongside Business and Technology Consultants to monitor successful project and product launches within a global consulting firm focused on the Ecosystem of Product.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience with SQL and data warehouses (e.g. MySQL)

- ITSM
- Scrum (or similar Agile development methodology)
- demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality, clear and concise presentations
- great analytical and communication skills (written/verbal)
Desired Qualifications
- Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering (or related field) is highly preferred
