Job Summary
Support pacemaker, defibrillator, and diagnostic device implants by managing all logistical aspects before and after procedures, including inventory and ordering. Provide clinical support to electrophysiologists, surgeons, and hospital staff while maintaining relationships with key decision makers to drive product loyalty. Explain Medtronic CRM technologies to enhance patient quality of life through AI-driven diagnostic solutions and conduction system pacing. Ensure implementation of therapy promotional programs in conjunction with marketing, education, and reimbursement efforts. Collaborate with the European marketing team to support practice enhancement and reporting to the MDT customer care team.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree
- Certified paramedic or background in ECG
- Good technical skills
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in medical device or pharma where sales execution is a key for success
- Must be available for weekend cases
- Must be available for congress
- Must be able to travel for courses
- Must be able to travel for specific training & education
- Must be able to travel for congress
