Job Summary
Support pacemaker, defibrillator, and diagnostic implant procedures by managing all logistics before and after the implant, including inventory ordering and device reporting. Provide clinical device support to electrophysiologists, surgeons, and hospital staff while delivering follow-up clinic support for patients. Explain Medtronic CRM technologies and drive product loyalty by demonstrating solution value to key decision makers. Ensure implementation of therapy promotional and sales programs in conjunction with marketing, education, and reimbursement. Build lasting relationships with influential purchasing personnel to enhance the Medtronic brand. Work standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00 with occasional weekend coverage for emergencies and annual congress participation.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree
- Certified paramedic or background in ECG
- Good technical skills
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in medical device or pharma where sales execution is a key for success
- Working hours from 08:00 AM until 17:00 PM
- Afternoon time might be around 2-3 time per month
- Weekends only for supporting emergency cases or congress
- Reporting location local commercial site in Israel
- Business specifics travel for courses – 4 level & for specific training & education
- Congress might be 1 per year
- Supporting implants & patients follow up clinics
- Ensures the implementation of therapy promotional / sales programs
- Builds strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process
- Comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support
- Confirm the identity and employment authorization (E-Verify)
