Job Summary
Lead the Mission Management team by aiding development teams in integrating REST Services and resolving access issues for customers using Enterprise and IC Attribute services. Provide support via e-mail, chat, and phone while troubleshooting system applications, analyzing complex software, and modifying Confluence pages for technical documentation. Assist customers in defining needs and educating them on software capabilities. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and extensive ICAM solution experience.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Extensive experience with customer ICAM solutions
- Extensive experience resolving issues with customer ICAM solutions
- Online and telephone customer support
- LDAP directories
- SQL and basic database querying abilities
- RESTful services
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Ticket tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, Redmine)
- Analytical thinker that enjoys solving puzzles/problems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with or knowledge of: Online and telephone customer support
- Experience with or knowledge of: LDAP directories
- Experience with or knowledge of: SQL and basic database querying abilities
- Experience with or knowledge of: RESTful services
