Job Summary
Technical Compliance Specialist will support the company by handling change requests, preparing documentation for regulatory submissions, and maintaining systems of record. Responsibilities include processing change management requests via a ticketing system, verifying information with submitters, submitting materials to regulatory authorities using standard templates, inputting documentation into systems of record, assisting with monthly/quarterly reports, and collaborating to update internal processes to align with new procedures and regulations. The role requires 3+ years in a corporate setting (casino/gaming preferred), experience with change management or technical compliance, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Jira/CRS experience is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; remote-work experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in Casino and Gaming
- Change Management or Technical Compliance experience
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Jira and CRS ideal but not required
- Experience working with remote teams and peers
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
