Job Summary
Technical Compliance Specialist responsible for processing change requests via ticketing system, preparing templates and documentation for regulatory submissions, ensuring accurate input into systems of record, and supporting monthly/quarterly reporting. Works as part of a team to update internal processes to align with new procedures and regulations, with emphasis on regulatory filings and change-management activities within the casino/gaming industry. Requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and familiarity with Jira/CRS where applicable; role is on-site in Atlantic City, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in Casino and Gaming
- Experience with Change Management or Technical Compliance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Jira and CRS is ideal, but not required
- Experience working with remote teams and peers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
