Job Summary
Role focuses on regulatory and technical compliance for an online gaming platform, including reviewing technical requirements and verifying product compliance across jurisdictions, collaborating with internal teams and external regulators to triage issues, documenting rules and directives, analyzing new regulations, and conducting periodic audits to ensure high-risk regulatory adherence. The position offers exposure to the product lifecycle for an enterprise gaming solution and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. Candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years experience in a technical compliance or quality assurance role in the online casino and sports wagering industry
- Solid technical foundational knowledge: hardware, software development, coding, web technologies, networking
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Experience providing support to independent/governmental test laboratories and interpreting submission/technical requirements in the Gaming industry
- Knowledge of the gaming regulatory legal framework and related laws/regulations
- Technical understanding of sports betting and iGaming technology systems including systematic controls and operational procedures
