Job Summary
Technical Community & Programs Lead to cultivate Reflection’s presence among researchers, developers, and the AI builders who shape the open AI ecosystem. Responsibilities include building and owning ambassador and developer programs, organizing and running hackathons, meetups, and webinars, developing tutorials and technical explainers, managing university and researcher partnerships, and representing Reflection externally in the developer and research ecosystem. The role also entails developing community content and channel strategies, coordinating with Communications, Product, Research, and Go-To-Market teams, and building the operational infrastructure for external community programming. Must be genuinely embedded in the developer/research community with a track record in community programs, developer relations, or technical marketing at an AI company or open-source project. A strong emphasis on open-weight AI systems, open foundational models, and contributing to a credible, authentic voice within technical communities.
