Job Summary
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, tooling components, machined parts, and subassemblies based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and bills of materials to determine procurement needs for customer orders. Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and contracts with domestic and international partners while managing purchase orders in the Total ETO ERP system. Monitor supplier performance through quality metrics and cost analysis, escalating issues to drive corrective action. Process incoming invoices, coordinate international logistics, and maintain a qualified supplier base. Manage supplier claims in collaboration with engineering and quality teams. Stay current on market conditions and supply chain risks impacting production.
Required Qualifications
