Job Summary
Translate project schedules into detailed technical activities, defining priorities, dependencies, and milestones for execution. Lead and coordinate teams of specialists across hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure disciplines while identifying and resolving technical blockers through root cause analysis and vendor coordination. Review and validate technical deliverables, including documentation, test plans, and operational procedures, before release in mission-critical environments. Ensure compliance with quality standards and communicate status, risks, and mitigation actions to stakeholders. Drive early engagement with prospective customers to unlock systems-level design and influence basis of decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical and mechatronic engineering
- Strong experience in technical coordination within mission-critical environments such as data centers or critical infrastructure
- Proven ability to translate schedules into technical execution plans and manage multiple dependencies
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
- Data Center certifications
- Portuguese
- Analytical skills to understand the impact of market and competitive changes as they affect a product portfolio
