Job Summary
Drive user adoption and platform utilization across enterprise data platforms by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and partnering with delivery teams. Translate user feedback into platform enhancements, shape roadmaps, and measure business value. Serve as the primary liaison between a broad set of business stakeholders — including Portfolio Managers, Risk, Client Reporting, Marketing, and Operations — and technical teams spanning Cloud, Data Warehouse, Platform Engineering, Data Science, and BI & Analytics. Champion the "data as a product" philosophy — ensuring enterprise data assets are governed, discoverable, trusted, and reusable across the firm. Hands-on data analysis and clear communication of findings to both business and technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, product management, or data platform management
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Hands-on data experience
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Excellent communication skills
