Job Summary
Formulate systems scope and objectives relative to business plans and industry requirements. Analyze business and technical processes to develop new or modified information processing systems, including production, inventory, financial, and human resources tools. Determine operational objectives by studying functions, gathering information, and evaluating output formats. Create detailed specifications for program development and devise procedures to solve technical problems regarding equipment capacity and operating times. Provide technical guidance on the business implications of system applications, working independently or within project teams. This role supports the Defense Intelligence Agency's SITE III initiative at TekSynap, a high-tech firm delivering comprehensive information management solutions to federal government customers.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- BS, 5-7 years of relevant experience; MS, 3-5 years; PhD, 0-3 years
- Non-standard shift
- 20% travel
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
