Job Summary
Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for assigned workstreams while influencing solution and system design to ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into clear functional and technical documentation. Challenge existing processes to drive innovative outcomes and support the software development lifecycle through to delivery, including participation in UAT and defect resolution. This role reports to the Executive General Manager, Group Technology, within a collaborative team focused on major transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on system/software design or transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge when required
- Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
- Solution orientated mindset with a track record of delivering the right outcomes
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS

Desired Qualifications
- Data analysis and SQL experience is preferred
- Industry experience in property, strata, asset management, or financial services would be preferred
