Job Summary
Technical Business Analyst role focusing on tailoring PA's business analysis framework to client environments, capturing requirements, and supporting transformation programs. Responsibilities include working with clients to define processes, build a compelling case for change, and manage delivery across agile projects; performing assurance reviews of client capabilities; supporting programme implementation; participating in whiteboarding sessions; and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Hybrid work pattern expected (office/client site at least two days per week) with emphasis on client-centricity, clear communication, and delivering measurable impact across multiple sectors. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in Agile environment, process design and analysis, or information system transformation
