Technical Business Analyst responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions across software engineering teams. Lead discovery sessions, document requirements, translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications, own and prioritise the backlog of user stories, and collaborate with engineers to refine product requirements. Emphasis on producing clear documentation, facilitating agile refinement sessions, and improving cross-team collaboration between business and engineering. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in Business Analysis or closely related technical role
- Proven expertise in collaborating with stakeholders
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience translating technical concepts for varied audiences
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of Agile principles
- Experience with APIs, web services, and web-based software projects
