Job Summary
Technical Business Analyst (m/w/d) at Fiserv in Bad Homburg, Germany. Focus on three areas: operational support of existing business systems, analysis and documentation of technical requirements, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams to develop suitable solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting business processes for RiskShield, gathering, aligning, and specifying technical requirements, assessing feasibility and effort, supporting infrastructure changes with validation, conducting tests and analyzing software, coordinating software updates, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (national & international). Required: degree in IT/engineering or equivalent, ~5 years of IT development/project experience, knowledge of Java or C, middleware/server and DB (SQL, DB2), Linux/Windows server experience, strong business analysis and testing skills, German and English at C1 level. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5 Jahre) in IT-Entwicklung und/oder Projektarbeit
- Erfahrung im Bereich Dispute-/Fraud-Prozesse sowie mit RiskShield von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie Java oder C
- Erfahrung mit Middleware- und Applikationsservern (z. B. Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Hibernate)
- Datenbankkenntnisse (SQL, DB2)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Linux- und Windows-Server-Umgebungen
- Business-Analyse, Anforderungsmanagement, Testing und Qualitätssicherung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
