Job Summary
Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions by eliciting and documenting requirements, translating them into technical specs for development teams, conducting data analysis and process mapping, and supporting UAT and stakeholder communications. Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across departments, facilitating meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and contributing to project progress updates. Preferred experience includes 2-4 years as a Business Analyst in technical/IT settings, proficiency in SQL and data analysis, familiarity with BPMN/UML and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and knowledge of cloud platforms and APIs.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT-focused environment
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools (2-4 years hands-on)
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
