Job Summary
Manage data management, requirements refinement, and BCBS 239 activities by collaborating with domains to define, map, and validate data for business reporting and regulatory compliance. Deliver technical knowledge to stakeholders through reconciliation, UAT, and operational support while maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data lakes. Execute SQL mapping and validation, develop reporting cockpits and dashboards, and coordinate testing updates across multiple domains. Continuously deepen data quality and modeling expertise to enable a shift from report-driven to data-driven processing.
Required Qualifications
- ability to write and analyze medium-complexity SQL queries to extract, validate, and investigate data
- experience working with databases
- data warehouse experience as technical business analysis in IT projects
- experience in creating reporting cockpits, dashboards, and visual performance indicators using data analytics and visualization tools to support business monitoring and decision-making
- master or bachelor's degree (IT, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics/Business)
- excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing

- experience in requirements gathering and writing technical and functional specifications
- experience with banking products, processes, and services
- experience with Agile methodologies
- experience working with cloud-based data platforms and technologies in a data management or analytics context
